Lítore Quartet focuses on the study and dissemination of the saxophone quartet repertoire. Its main aim is to support the works of current composers, as well as to continue expanding the repertoire for the ensemble.

 

Among its achievements highlight the first prize in Concurso de Música de Cámara Ciudad de Ávila, second prize and the prize for the best performance of music by a Spanish composer in Certamen Internacional para Jóvenes Intérpretes Pedro Bote, first prize in Certamen per a Joves Intèrprets Art Jove 2022 and first prize in Concurso Internacional de Música de Cámara de Arnuero.

They have participated in several festivals, for instance, Palma Clàssica, Peregrinos Musicales, Cicle de Música a la Cambra Can Balaguer 2020, Ciclo de Música Actual de Badajoz, Festival Hostes and Creando Futuros: Fundación Botín. They have also collaborated with institutions such as Fundación Pilar i Joan Miró and Fundación Botín.
